I had my first visit with a Naturpath last week and was given 2 types

of liquid herbs to take (A.M. taken at breakfast and lunch, P.M. taken

at dinner and bedtime-30 mll at a time), along with amino acids and

supplements.

The problem I'm having is with the liquid herbs...not only do they

taste horrible but they are in an alcohol base and I'm finding that

I'm getting a little bit of a buzz each time I take them.

Is there anything that I can do to eliminate the alcohol, but not

hurt the potency of the herbs?

Thanks

You can put them in hot water and that will defuse the alcohol, and makes a sort of tea. I put it in just enough water to swallow at one time, with more water or juice to drink right after.
