Hi guys, another question for you . different then the thyroid. My

husband is a truckdriver(10 years now) and Unloads and Loads alot of

very heavy cargo. He did something to his left elbow muscle he thought

from lifting very very heavy items and when he went in to see the doctor

they first told him he tore the muscle from the bone. Then a week later

for recheck told him they were wrong and that he has a tendon in the

elbow up the arm swollen and strained. He is on light duty for the next

month. Is there anything I can do for my husband. He hates the smell

of lavendar and tea tree oil and wont let me massage his arm with it.

Any suggestions to help my hubby feel better and heal faster would be

wonderful. Thank you kindly.

Hugs

Hi Deana,

Hot/cold therapy. For one hour each night, put on cold pack for 10 mins, hot pack for 10 mins, cold pack for 10 mins, etc. Alternate ending with 10 mins hot pack. This work miracles!

I'm not sure if it's too late, but you can also try Arnica homeopathic remedy. It would be well worth it to get some Arnica in the house, 30x strength. It is the best first aid remedy with any injuries to soft tissue. When injured, take one every half hour if needed on the first day, and the pain will go away very fast and it will help your body to start healing. After the first day, take as needed only.
