Guest guest
You can use the mash like a salsa, simply eat it by spoon or spoon out the liquid from the mash and drink it. Zeb - Total Tonic question It says you can use the mash right away or tincture, how do you use the mash? Do you take by the spoonful and how much? I'm going to make some right away since I have a cold! Federal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. Natural methods can sometimes backfire. 2. Guest guest
Hello, Last evening, I strained the mash to make my total tonic. Today it is clear, but there is some sediment on the bottom of the jar. Is it ok for me to leave that, or should I strain it again? Also - it's SMOKIN hot! I can take that with bread or something right? I have children and I don't want them to be affraid to take it. If my maint. dose is 2 tsp per day, should I reduce theirs by their weight or just cut it down to 1 tsp? My son is not feeling that well right now, so should I give him a couple of tablespoons per day? Debra
Guest guest
Hi Debra - The sediment is fine.... Just the container a bit before you give a dosage.... You can take it with some Ezekiel bread if it is too hot. 1 tsp seems fine for a maintenance dose for your children, but I would do the weight/dosage calculation and see what that gives you. It should be close. If your son is not feeling too well, then I would give him 4-6 doses a day of the total tonic.... Also a lot of 100 % pure juices and if you can freshly squeeze them. Hope this helps...
