Total Tonic, in the files, is very inexpensive to make and it makes a lot of

it. This is what I'd use for that.

Herbal Remedies - Feeling yucky, and low energy =(

The last few days I've been feeling yucky and having low energy. My

muscles have been easily tiring. My stomache hasn't been feeling very

sickly and it doesn't seem to have a bad head cold. What would you

recommend to help me to build my immune system and to fight this off?

My little two year old also seems to have had a slight touch of this,

at least in the diareaha area. He still nurses so I think that has

helped him a lot.

thanks ahead of time for your thoughts,

smiles,

Is that anything like red raspberry tea, that's made from natural leaf

rapberry plant?

Not quite. Red Raspberry Tea is excellent for women more than men. But

this is an immune system Meal. This feeds all the different aspects of the

immune system while at the same time pushing it through the entire body. My

wife drinks Red Raspberry tea about 3-4 times a week but takes total tonic

only when she feels like she might be under the weather soon.

I use total tonic as a salad dressing as well as a sauce/flavoring for

meats, rice, and other mixed dishes. I'm a bit weird though. I really like

the stuff and give it to my dogs whenever they are under the weather. But

Why I use it so much is because it works soooo well on sore throats, coughs,

fevers, flus etc.

Anyway its very good and easy as heck to make. Some people like it as a

salsa as well.
