Guest guest
Dear Deana, Thank you for your post. I missed it yesterday and wondered where you had been off to. I mentioned before that there would be discomfort in this program. Know also that you are doing a program that is not as pervasive as Dr. Shillington's. It leaves out the total tonic and Echinacea that are used to help the body get over any bad side effects of healing such as detoxing and also of expelling foul chemicals from the body in order to get it going normally again. Basically I'm saying that what you are experiencing is normal in that you are not taking Total Tonic and Echinacea daily and in quantity. Can you try and purchase some or make some? Guest guest
The last two morning my basil body temperature has significantly dropped to 96.4. Every day I do my best to take the bladderwrack tincture three times a day , the L-tyrosine, the thyroid blend from solaray and massage the neck twice a day with tea tree oil where the thyroid gland is. I am a bit conserned. I have been on the total body detox (cleanse) for 6 days now and not getting any of that stuff like I see in pictures on the web coming out. (maybe I dont have any>?) I did notice I had to up the normal dosage of two capsules of the colon cleanse to three in order to just get two bowel movements a day. I take the Omega 3-6-9 daily and drink about a half a gallon of water a day. I eat LOTS of fresh or canned fruits and vegetables. We ran out of fresh fruit two days after grocery day so I have been munching on the canned stuf, I also have been eating very small portions of what the rest of the family eats. Due to needing the nutrients to continue to nurse our son. I told my " family doctor " about getting of the thyroid meds and he seemed very fine with it as long as I come in in three months for a thyroid blood test. I agreed. I am not sure why my basil body temperature is so low. But to be quite honest. I am a bit scared that my thyroid is screwed for life and will not regain regulation on its own. :-( the irritability lately is so out of controll the past three days I can hardly breath. hugs Deana
