Guest guest
I understand that processed sugar is very bad for you. What can I use that is acceptable? I bought some stevia but have no idea of how to use it. And have been trying to sub honey. But is honey ok. Hubby is having a fit at the mention of cutting out sugar but I keep telling him its the best thing for his foggy feeling. He is under major stress, doesnt get enough sleep and doesn't eat right. He fights any change. Its like pulling teeth. All I can try to do is one little change at a time. Please where should I start? We are on a very tight budget and I am looking for a job so it would have to be a low cost change to start with until I find a job. Thankyou for any help. Linda PS Opening up the cayenne capsules has helped getting rid of the burn on my hemeroids but I got constipated.
Guest guest
Hi Linda, Doc recommends Stevia, organic raw honey or organic maple syrup as substitutes for sugar. Sounds like a good start to me :-) love Lisa - morgansrgr8 herbal remedies Wednesday, May 18, 2005 4:35 PM Herbal Remedies - sugar replacements I understand that processed sugar is very bad for you.
