Guest guest
Journal Entry 8 Day 8 - no levoxythyroxine ------------------------ Evening folks, Last night I fell asleep for the first time in two years without any type of sleep aid (herbal or synthetic) Our 15month old son who usually awakes every hour to nurse, also only woke up ONE TIME to nurse in the middle of the night and again in the AM around 6:30am. I woke a few times in the night but easily fell back to sleep. Around 9am I bought some L-Tyrosine (amino acid - supposed to help with thyroid) and took 30 drops of Bladderwrack tincture with some water. I felt VERY good today. I also started the day with the hydrotherapy and started the total body cleanse. (Its not exactly docs recipe but I bought the Total advance Body cleanse that I could afford) Following docs notes, I took a hydrotherapy hot/cold shower this morning. Drank almost 10 glasses of water maybe more. Omega -3s (2 capsules) wich I take every day. Added in a Vitamin B-Complex two days ago. This evening I started to feel tired a bit just in the past thirty minutes (but hey, who wouldnt trying to keep up with a 15month old all day) :-) Body temperature was 97.0 this morning. I have felt no irritibility today and no hot flash type things. Getting a little bit of a headache though, maybe from starting the cleanse and not eating a whole lot today. Will have to stuff in some more fresh fruits and veggies. Will be drinking the ginger tea tonight after I have the concoction of tea I made myself an hour before bed last night. (chamomile, hops, passion flower, rose, kelp, slippery elm bark, enchinicea, psyllium husk) with raw honey and ghee. Thanks for the support. This was a good day. Hoping for the best this evening. Hugs Deana :-)
