Deana,

You are describing a detox. Please remember to keep cayenne handy

as well as Lobelia/Huff & Puff.

I am impressed with you spotting the time when you first had thyroid

troubles. Usually takes a bit longer for some people to pick that up. Good

Job. You'd do any soldier proud, your approach is forthright and honest.

The responsibility your taking for yourself, magnificent.

You will get though this.

By the Way, Call Doc and ask his office what you can make at home for the

cleanse easiest and what are the things you'd have to buy. Plan it out and

budget it. You'll find that once you know what your dealing with its much

easier to deal with.

Love,

Zeb

Re: Herbal Remedies - Synthetic Thyroid Medicane Weaning day 7

Journal Entry 7

Day 7 -today

Layed awake in bed from 9:30pm to 1pm`

Extremely sweaty and irratible today , body temperature this morning 96.9

Took 1 capsules Solaray brand Thyroid Blend SP - 26 Herbal Supplement

Feel very tired, and gained 3 lbs now already. I been drinking biotine

clay in water every two hours.

IT IS impossible for me to do the total body cleanse program for the

fact that the herbs for the total tonic or not alll available here and

no way IN HECK my husband will let me buy it from doc for $44 . I may

be able to get the total cleanse 1 but I have also thought about using

the cleanseSMART 2 part detox system since it is sold in our Food Coop

Organic supermarket.

I dont know how you tell if your thyroid is kicking in.

My neck is really soar (not my throat) I am reallly sweaty today but

have low temperature.

I have been doing my research and I think I know the cause of my

hypothyroid.:

Too much stress, nicotine, (used to smoke - quite 5 years ago)

caffeine, skipped meals, (even if all my meals are fresh organic) and

too little relaxation and sleep leads to adrenal burnout.

When the adrenal cannot function properly, the thyroid cannot function

properly.

I think I need to treat myself for adrenal and thyroid. I am constantly

on fight or flight untill burnout for the past 8years and I think thats

what caused my thyroid disfunction 5 years ago.

_*I am wondering if I should buy cortisol to use as well ? ??? *_any ideas

No Levoxythyroxine for a full week. I feel really tired though, but

cant fall asleep even when I take homeopathic sleep aide.

Thx

Good. Any natural cleanse is better than none. Doc does have the best

though for future reference. You will find that when changing your diet for

the better you will need far less than you'd expect in the form of food. It

was very surprising to find that I now only eat 1/2 of what I used to eat

and I simply love munching on fruit throughout the day and it keeps me going

with small meals rather than 3 Huge meals.

Good girl!!

Hi Deana,

You mentioned wanting to take something for Cortisol below, and I

accidentally deleted it.

Here's what you can try for Cortisol and insomnia, and any pain you

may be experiencing, especialy for FMS and or CFS, and or Myofascial

Pain Syndrome:

Have a Holistic Dr. such as an Osteopath, agree to have a Pharmacy

make this up for you, to write a prescription out for you:

Folic Acid/L-Tyrosine/5-HTP 133/133/100

It is suggested to take 1 cap at bed time, no more than this at this

dosage.

It is not cheap to do this, it cost me at wholesale $100.

There is an actual product out there that has them already made but

the name escapes me.

CORRECTION: The formula should be 133/333/100, I looked at it wrong,

regarding the formula below:
