Guest guest
__________________ Hi John...found the following from Jethro Kloss' "Back to Eden" (page 538) An excellent poutice for swollen joints is as follows: two tablespoons mullein, three tablespoons granulated slippery elm bark, one tablespoon lobelia, a small teaspoon cayenne; mix thoroughly together, then mix with enough boiling water to make a stiff paste, spread on a cloth about one-fourth of an inch thick, and cover the swollen joints with this poultice. This will give great relief Another excellent thing to relieve the pain is to take equal parts of oil of origanum, oil of lobelia then add a few drops oil of capsicum, or extract of capsicum (red pepper). This can be applied full strength, or mixed with coconut oil. Massage thoroughly with this. The following herbs are very beneficial in rheumatism: Use singly or in combination. Bitterroot, buckthorn bark, saw palmetto berries, black cohosh, wintergreen, yellow dock, sassafras, scullp, bearsfoot. ....Be Blessed with this Knowledge... ....JOYintheMorning... __________________John Owens <wizrd64 wrote: Anyone know of a good herb for Arthritis?ThanksJohnFederal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1.
