Guest guest
Huff and Puff is a formula made of Mullein and Lobelia intended to help people who are quitting get off easier. The name Doc gave the formula, ya'know, " Huff " n' " Puff " . LOL. Guest guest
Ok this is the recipe i found in the file Huff 'n Puff Formula 1 part lobelia 1 part mullein in a base which is 2/3 alcohol (100 proof) and 1/3 raw, organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar. So correctly I could take 1 cup of lobelia 1 cup of mullein 2/3 cup of Vodka (100 proof) 1/3 cup of raw organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar put in blender then transfer to a jar to sit for two weeks. So that would be 1 cup of liquid for 2 cups of herb ?? Is that correct? sorry for all the questions. Just want to do this right. thanks Deana Zeb wrote: > Huff and Puff is a formula made of Mullein and Lobelia intended to help > people who are quitting get off easier. Guest guest
Deana, I think so Deana. I simply put in 1/2 a cup of Lobelia, 1/2 a cup of Mullein and then fill it up so that 1/4 liquid over the herbs and wait till it fully settles down (usually 2-3 days). So when I see it all saturated I can know how much more vodka I need put in it. Does that make sense?
