Guest guest
Morning To address the migraine question. I've suffered with migraines since I was 15..I'm 49 now. What I've learned through the years is that too much potassium is a no no. I love bananas...would eat 4-6 a day..I discovered..for me..that was too many. I always felt I was on the verge of a hum dinger when eating that many a day. Also...MSG is a major culprit! Read ALL labels! You'd be surprised what all MSG is in. Hope this helps a little. Guest guest
(What I've learned through the years is that too much potassium is a no no) Potassium depletion is one of the very first things to check for a migraine headache. Another is constipation or backup of the bowels. Too much potassium and your body pees it out without issue. Salt and potassium are both vital to the cell structure of the body. Salt: helps takes nutrition to cells Potassium: Helps remove waste from the cells. Potassium is known to help give relief from Water Retention. It allows the body to remove the extra water that is being carried. Why the problem with bananas. Because bananas specifically cause you to get a bit blocked up when you eat too many of then during a period of time. I'd prolly only eat about 2 a day, but that's just me, I do not recall the amount that is suggested. Celery has lots of potassium, beets, Black Walnut Hulls etc. Doc knows way more about this than I do but his PANTHER PISS FORMULA is specifically a potassium giver and loaded with the stuff. Sincerely, Zeb
