Hi, I have a question regarding natural pain relief. I was in a car

accident in December of 2004. I have recently come to learn that I

have permanent damage in my lower back. The pain is diminishing, but

doctors want to put me on Celebrex (which doesn't work for me),

Ultracet (which makes me crazy dizzy), and Flexeril (which makes my

vision blurry, and doesn't actually do what the doctor says it

should). I highly believe in natural therapies and would like to find

something to help me. Herbs seem to help me more that prescription

meds WITHOUT THE SIDE EFFECTS. Any suggestions as to what I should

try? Anything that would help reduce/elliminate pain, take care of

the severe depression that came with the pain, and also help me to get

decent sleep. Thanks for any help! Lois

Hi Lois,

Well, I personally wouldn't take no for an answer, and therefore not believe the fact of this damage being "permanent". I'm betting that a medical doctor told you that, not a natural healing doctor!

You can look in the files for the pain & headache formula, but I'd also go for a consult with Doc if I were you, to find out how you can heal your back!

love

Lisa

Doc has some Deep Tissue repair oil that when rubbed in will bring a lot of

healing attention to that area. For sleeping at night there is a gel called

" Arni-Gel. It has arnica in it and is a great mild topical herbal pain

reliever. These two in tandem will help get the area seen to by the body.

But Doc has other things up his sleeve that will help with the actual

" irreparable " damage.

Get his CD, get a free consultation and have fun!

Sincerely,

Zeb
