Whenever I take cayenne it hurts really bad on its way out. Any

suggestions on why this is happening and is there anything I can do.

Cayenne seems to be a large part of the whole process and it just

tears

me up. HELP!!!!!

>Linda,

Cayenne usually does not do that, but for some people it can be

irritating. If you continue to take it, take it with a cooling herb to

counteract the effects. Are you taking the cayenne straight, in capsule

form, or in another form?

Cayenne is hot on the way out. Is this what you mean when you say it tears

you up? If so, there really isn't a lot you can do about it aside from

taking it with foods. Is it tearing you up on the way out in terms of urine

or poo? If it's poo then try taking it during a meal.

Your body does get used to it and after a while you don't even notice it,

though depending on what form you get it into the body this could be longer

or shorter. I do know that when taken in capsule form it tends to come out

smoking. But if taken in tincture form the body handles it far more easily

and its spread out so well you hardly notice.

Does this help?
