Hi Jeff,

Although I'm hypertensive...some common ground exists with hypotension/hypoadrenalism.

Hope a few recommendations help your wife...

To Normalize Blood Pressure:

Heartsease/Hawthorn, Dandelion root, 4 garlic cloves daily, Vitamin E therapy for 8 weeks: work up from 1001IU daily the firsr week, to 8001IU daily, adding 100mg daily each week.

Metabolism Support:

Lemons, Kelp, Ginseng, Wheatgrass juice

Boost and Regulate Circulation:

Heartsease, Cayenne, Ginger, (1000mg calcium & 1000mg magnesium daily)

Tone Blood Vessels with Flavonoid-rich herbs:

Hawthorn & Bilberry extracts, Gotu kola extract or Rosemary for nerve balance. Lemon peel, Hibiscus or Rose hips tea. Vitamin K 100mcg 2 daily for capillary strength.

Normalize Adrenal Function:

Ginkgo Biloba or Hawthorn or Licorce extract 4X daily; DHEA 25mg daily for 3 months.

Enhance Liver Function to Normalize Blood Pressure:

Enzymatic Therapy (Liquid Liver with Siberian Ginseng). B Complex 100mg daily with extra B1

100mg and pantothenic acid 500mg. Floradix LIQUID IRON.

Antioxidants: Grape seed organic extract for extra high flavonoids. Germanium 150mg 2X daily. Vitamin C with bioflavonoids and rutin 3000mg daily. Extra zinc 30mg 2X daily

Life Support Therapy:

Acupressure, chiropractic, spinal manipulation and shiatsu therapy are all effective in normalizing circulatory function.

Consciously try to relax the whole body once a day with short meditation, yoga exercises and rest.

Stand up slowly to allow blood pressure to normalize.

....Be Blessed in the right use of Knowledge...JOYintheMorning...

Hi Joy

Thank you for your very kind reply.

Unfortunately my wife has Hepatitis C and is on treatment with Interferon and Ribavirin. Consequently, she has even had to come off the Milk thistle that she was taking (and was working very well, but not well enough). At the moment, because of these very powerful drugs, she dare not take anything that may interfere with this medication.

The medication is having a pretty devastating effect on her bloods, especially her Haemoglobin levels, but we are so scared to try anything that may screw up what is already going on with her.

I just wish that we had stuck to the Milk thistle, but were told not to take it while she is on these meds because it would screw up her blood results and they would not know if the meds were actually working or not.

Sorry to pratt on a bit, but just wanted you to understand the situation.

Once again, thank you for your concern.

Kind regards

Jeff
