Guest guest
>Hi! Any calming herb (lavender, chamomile, jasmine, vervain, etc.) can be used to calm nerves. Lavendar and chamomile especially can be used as a tea and drunk everyday for this purpose. Jasmine is good as aromatherapy at night before bed, or around the house when you need to calm down. Just keep any of these within reach to sniff when you need it. Jen the Tiger Federal Law requires that we warn you of the following: > 1. Natural methods can sometimes backfire. > 2.
