Don't have one, but I have always wondered, what do we use when our children

have a sore throat, or us big kids too!

Thanks,

Sherry

> Hi!

I have found that gargling thyme-steeped water a couple times a day can

help. Salt water also works, and so does licorice tea. Marshmallow root

tea also works. Or regular tea with honey in it. Everyone probably has

their own recipe for this!

Hi Sherry,

When I was a little girl with a sore throat, Mama would cut a lemon in half, pour honey on each side...and I would ask for more (when I got older, she added a pinch of cayenne)

.. ..to this day, cayenne, lemons and honey are always on hand...JOYinthemorning...__________________Sherry <djlmusky-man wrote:
