Guest guest
Morning Everyone, I am wondering if a person can drink too much organic apple cider vinegar? I've been drinking at least 3 large glasses a day mixed with honey and water. I could drink it all day long..I love this stuff! How much is too much? Thanks Karen
Guest guest
I do not believe you can have too much as long as you have other liquids as well. As a matter of fact it also helps break down non-bonding calcium and stuff like that. Just flushes the inorganic stuff little by little from your system. Great stuff with honey. Doc likes it with Molasses because of all the great properties molasses has, that's ORGANIC BLACK STRAP MOLASSES to be sure.
