Guest guest
I too have fibromayalsia. I was diagnosed about 1 1/2 years ago. Around the same time I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance. I have 3 small children. I can totally feel for you all. I have found that if I take a daily nap, get a little sunshine, eat a well balanced diet, and try to stay away from emotionally draining situations, I am able to deal with life a little better. I think I will try not eating red meat, although I don't eat too much of it anyways.Maybe also MSM. My husband manages a nutrition store so he is always full of new information. He has recently suggested that go back to taking malic acid. That did seem to help a little bit. He also suggested trying creatine. I have recently started to take a sleep formula that contains 5 HTP, Melatonin, And Kava Kava. his has helped me get better sleep. I still have the same pain at night but I go back to sleep easily when it wake me up. I find that I also feel more relaxed when I take it. Probably the Kava. I wish good luck to all.
