Guest guest
That is great to hear. I am approaching 3 years myself. I feel the human body was designed to be cold/flu free when we get it into the proper balance. Everyone can find that balance, though it can take some time, dedication and overall lifestyle adjustments.... Great work, keep it up. My daily routine is hot/cold shower in the morning, total nutrition for breakfast, a least one freshly juiced drink usually in the evening, lots of water with fresh squeezed lemon juice and some kind of daily exercise. At bare minimum I do some stretching, either yoga or meridian for 10-20 minutes daily. One note prior to me being sick free I went through some detox reactions (healing crisises) that felt like I had the flu. I went through about 3-4 of these. I feel if I had done the 2 week intestinal cleanse a few times these detox reaction would have been severely reduced. Since then I have done several intestinal detoxes and I think with my elimination organs working correctly my body can eliminate toxins properly, thus alleviating any cold/flu symptoms when my body fights off any intruders....which everyone does all the time no matter how healthy you feel....just some don't eliminate the toxins efficiently So my suggestion to anyone beginning on the path of natural living and healing is to do 1,2 or 3 intestinal cleanses at a bare minimum. Because when you start putting good things into your body, your body will be at a higher energetic state, having more energy to get the toxins out, if you body eliminates these poorly, then you will have detox symptoms (healing crisis)... so the first step in any good healing program is to open up the elimination channels....then go from there..... herbal remedies [herbal remedies ]On Behalf Of atesixsevenfivethreeonineWednesday, April 27, 2005 10:48 PMherbal remedies Subject: Herbal Remedies - No cold, No flu for 3 yearsHas anyone else NOT had a cold or flu for years?Ever since I have been drinking Ginger Tea, and taking sea nourishment, I haven't had a cold or the flu.I don't know if I have discovered something that works, or if everyone has been healthier the last 3 years for some reason.Federal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. Guest guest
I normally do not have colds and I too have not had flue for several years. This is puzzling because I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (37 years) and Fibromyalgia, so my auto-immune system is over active. I take quite a lot of supplements including high doses of Vitamin C, which I presume is one of the reasons for my success in this area; I also stay well away from ANYONE with colds and infections because of my problems. Guest guest
Only the very healthy or the very sick do not get colds or flu, so you need to adjudicate which of those two catagories you fall into. ;-) For the very healthy, the reasons are obvious. For the very sick, the body is handling too many other conditions and is not even healthy enough to HAVE a cold or flu. Talk to a Cancer Patient or a severe Diabetic and you'll get the idea. Very seldom do these have colds unless they are on their way back up into a state of health, or about ready to kick the bucket. If a person is NOT healthy and they haven't had a cold or flu in at least two years = watch out!!! This person is headed for some serious times ahead and may be just around the corner of having a life threatening illness turn on.
