Guest guest
Hi everyone, I was wondering if there is a herb that can induce, human growth hormone. So far you can only by synthetic but it will be really useful if there is a herbal alternative. Thanks
Guest guest
As far as I am aware, there is no herb which induces HGH production. I would not recommend that anyone use the synthetics, because that is tantamout to further reducing the body's natural capacity to produce HGH. What some companies are promoting as HGH "precursors" would seem like a more logical way to go, because you would not be inhibiting your own body's ability to produce HGH. However, I would thoroughly check out those products. Additonally, the HGH injections which cost $1000 - $2000/month are prohibitive for most people. Physcians recommend exercise as a natural way to increase the body's HGH levels. However, in cases where people are severely depressed, and lack energy because of the decrease in their bodies' hormonal levels, telling someone to exercise would not be effective, when they don't even have a desire to get out of bed in the morning. There is a food which is consumed primarily in the Middle East which seems to offer some promise. I am collecting and reading the scientific literature about this product, and have begun eating it myself. My plan is to eat it 4 - 5 each week for three months, and then to cease eating it for one month, to see what the results are. I may have more to say about this at a later time. mhsarwar <mhsarwar wrote: Hi everyone,I was wondering if there is a herb that can induce, human growth hormone.
