Guest guest
Hi - I am wondering if anyone can help me. I spent the evening in much pain and am afraid to eat or drink anything other than water. I have a Naturopath and have been going through different detoxes since January starting with a 7 day fast, then a 90 day parasite cleanse, then over the past weekend a liver cleanse (with rea=gular colonics in the last few months). I have been trying to incorporate as much raw food in my diet as possible (the goal is 80%). After my liver cleanse - I stupidly ate a burger. That was Monday - and last night I was having the most painful feeling in my lower back on the right side while feeling terribly nauseous. It started near the spine and then would migrate to the left and around to the front. This lasted for about 2 hours and I was drinking pure cranberry juice and as much water as possible. Then I thought I remembered someone saying that olive oil and lemon juice can move kidney stones through so they can be eliminated in the stool. So, I mixed 2T Olive Oil with 1T lemon juice .... and was eventually able to get some sleep. My Naturopath today told me that the liver can dump for days after a cleanse and that may have been the pain. She suggested Watermelon Seed Tea to break up any possible stones, but no one sells it around here. I looked at the kidney stone dissolve recipe on this list - but where do I find these roots in the recipe? I am still feeling very out of it - tired, and subtle pain in the same area and a little pain in the liver area, no more nausea, but my 20/20 vision is a little foggy. I really do not want to have to go to my " family practicioner " - they are part of the reason I am in this transitional phase (lost my gallbladder a year ago). So - sorry for the lenght - but does anyone kno what this is or can you offer assistance? Should I do the kidney stone dissolve (and where should I look for the roots)? Thanks so much - I love this group and have gotten so much information from you! Betsy
Guest guest
I hate to tell you this but kidney stones don't come out the back passage.Try the other one. I have found nothing herbal worked for my stone and it sounds to me like you have one.its the same pain i had and if its a big one then its unlikely to pass.you may need to get an x-ray done to be sure and the hospital treatment for it is pretty simple using sound waves to break them up.But in keeping with the theme of this list I would certainly try docs formula as that is surely better that the hospital. Guest guest
I’m pretty sure the kidney cleanse should handle it. I know someone who had stones and did a similar cleanse. The stones dissolved into powder or something and it all came out easily.
