Guest guest
The most reliable way to rid yourself of toe fungus is to get off all sugar, that is, processed sugar. It's hard to do because it's in just about everything. But within a year you will be permanently rid of the fungus, which is candida-related in most cases. You'll also be giving your pancreas a much-needed break! At some point, hopefully, you will be able to reincorporate fresh fruits into your diet. You should see some good results in a few weeks. I have tried Tea Tree > Oil. My mother-in-law has used Vicks Vapo Rub with great success for toenail fungus. She rubbed her toenails with the salve 2 or 3 times per day....depending on how much time she had. But at least 2 times...once in the morning, and once before bed. She said it took a couple of months to really see the difference, but it worked! HTH, Candy
Guest guest
Pau d' Arco is an anti fungal. So is Olive Leaf Extract. You need to take one or the other for about 3 months. It works.
