Guest guest
I wanted to tell everyone that I had my free consultation yesterday and if you haven't done so, don't miss out. After spending thousands of dollars with a clinical " holistic " nutritionist my health was greatly improved and I lost weight, but I still had health issues and some stubborn weight to lose. While my last nutritionist helped me, I also ended up with new problems and a grocery bag full of supplments - many of which I'd only taken half the bottle of and now have no idea what most of them are for. The nutritionist didn't help me to learn how to heal myself-- although I knew his intentions were in the right place. I tried to understand and study on my own and did make some advancements based on what I knew was wrong with me. But, I've not been educated about how the body works and it turns out I had the pieces of the puzzle, but I didn't know the importance of each one, and didn't have a clue about how the pieces interacted with each other. I couldn't figure out what to do to correct the issues ... I found lots of holistic and diet oriented band aids, but not the underlying corrective actions to take. Isn't that what we're trying to figure out once we've learned what not to eat? Thank you Doc! You were so clear about everything that for the first time I feel I understand my body somewhat and can start making health and diet decisions with the entire process in mind. So, for anyone who hasn't talked to Zeb or Doc yet ... don't continue to struggle on your own. BTW, I'm not part of the staff, have never met anyone connected with the office, nor am I being paid for this posting. <G> I'm just grateful! Guest guest
Yer most welcome hon. Only too glad to help. Keep all of us posted on your progress through the Total Body Cleanse. Several HR members who've done the TBC, have given blow by blow descriptions on a daily basis and these can be helpful to others who are doing it, thinking of doing it, or who want to plan one out. Guest guest
I will. My supplies arrived, but I'm supposed to be in Las Vegas with a client for a tradeshow May 19th. So, I may wait until I get back so I don't end up breaking the cleanse on the restaurant food in Las Vegas. That would be too cruel!! herbal remedies , " Dr. Ian Shillington " <DocShillington@K...> wrote: > Yer most welcome hon.
