Guest guest
I have extreme insomnia due to lower back pain. I am seeing a chiropractor for two months now but still have had no more then two to three hours (maybe) of uninterupted sleep at night for many years (about 4). Worse in the past 2 years since pregnancy and baby still tosses and turns alot. But I wake up because of the pain. Is there a Homeopathic or herbal that is quite effective in realiving pain besides the one (cant remember name) that is used to make aspirin. Thanks Deana Brown

Guest guest
Hi Deana, Have you looked at the reasons for the back pain? There are good back exercises in the files that I highly recommend. The pain could be caused by lack of strength/support in the muscles of the back and abdomen. Another reason for low back pain could be a full bowel. If you have ever had any period of not being completely regular (2-4 bowel movements per day) then you may have some impactions which are contributing to your situation. I would recommend looking at the Intestinal Cleanse as well as the back exercises. Any pain killers would only be addressing the symptoms, not the cause. Guest guest
Yes, the doctors took some xrays yesterday and I have the same problems as my daughter. or visa versa where the fecal matter is filled all the way up under the lungs. It amazes me cause I take the intestinal cleanse number 2 everyday as well as 1tbsp of flax seed oil. Lots of water and other fluids like juice. I also take the Omega 3-6-9 I do not take any other herbals any longer as it seemed I was dishing out a lot of money for nothing. Except for at night I use the meletonin under the tongue. But not sure how long I can take that. Like I said, I also have lost 30lbs since the birth of my baby 13 months ago but today I fainted in the doctor office. He said it maybe cause I am not intaking enough food to balance out the outgo that Derek eats while nursing. Who knows. I felt better after they gave me some crackers and sprite. Guest guest
Dena I have insomnia, and back pain etc. for many many years. In Dec. i gave birth to 31 weeker twins because of gestational diabetes and severe preclampsia. I had yeast infections really bad because of the diabetes with the pregnancy and toxins and meds etc. have you done a total body cleanse and maybe a yeast cleanse. i'm not a doctor but yeast is not only in the vaginal and mouth areas. Yeast can cause back pain and insomnia.

Guest guest
Oh my gosh, Deana! You have to clean all that cr*p out!! Excuse my directness... Just out of curiosity, why are you taking IC #2? How many bowel movements a day are you having? If you're not having 2-4, then you need to add IC #1 to your routine and start getting that stuff outta there! If you already are having 2-4, then I don't know what to recommend since you're nursing. (I also don't know about recommending IC #1 when you're nursing. Maybe Zeb will answer or you can call Doc if you haven't had your free consult yet.) Anyway, it's best to handle this " backup " as a cause of your back pain rather than go to pain killers, even herbal, because you don't want your cute little baby to get those herbs. He doesn't need them. I am not sure what the deal is. The last two days I have been very nausiated and almost fainted a second time today while driving. I am not sure whats going on. I am a few days mentral late but have been taking the half pill and my husband had vasectomy in January. Hmmmm. Maybe i am just not eating enough to cause enough bowel movements. who knows. Guest guest
Dear Deana, As far as I know no IC#1 while breast feeding but I'll double check this. You need to stop ALL bread, pasta, meat, and dairy intake. Just stop it. Switch over to Lots of fruits and lots of vegetables. You must get Total Nutrition. All of these three will help you move your bowels and will feed you and the baby. Once again: NO Dairy, Meats, Pastas etc. No Protein bars or anything that lasts longer than 2 weeks in a wrapper without being refrigerated. This may seem hard but it'll save you $1,000's in the upcoming future.
