Guest guest
How is every one, ever had an itching rash how do you get rid of it. I have an itching rash on my leg. Have had it a long time. It flares up, I scratch like crazy for days, then it goes away, and then comes back. Took me awhile to realize that it is yeast overgrowth (Candida). A young girl I work with developed a big itchy rash all over her hand. After many doctors and many diagnosis (all of which were wrong), she found a holistic doctor who said her rash was from yeast overgrowth. I can't say what your's is, but a localized itchy patch or rash can indicate Candida, and healing it takes a major diet overhaul, keeping away from all sugary food and no antibiotics. Black walnut tincture or diluted Grapefruitseed extract on the rash can help get rid of the itching. Gloria

Guest guest
It also creates rashes on our genitals and generates itchiness & heat in the region as well. Stay off sugar is the by phrase if you will. Many people think of yeast infections as strictly a female problem and that the irritation is only felt "down there". Candida can move through the entire system and flare up anywhere. Years ago I used to have numerous vaginal infections but don't now. However, I know I still have the Candida, but now the rash actually flares up right above my left kneecap. It's one little spot that goes bonkers whenever I eat sugar. Sugar stays in the system for 3 days, so I scratch for 3 days.;-). Gloria
Guest guest
Yes men get candida almost as easy as women. It also creates rashes on our genitals and generates itchiness & heat in the region as well. Stay off sugar is the by phrase if you will. That is the very first lesson I had to learn when this happened to me. I used to be a sugar fiend and the only thing that kept me going was the fact that I ran a mile everyday and swam in a lake almost as far each afternoon. Still I managed to get the lower region on FIRE! So... haven't had the problem in 6 years and don't think I ever will allow myself the suffering and fear that goes with it again.
