Guest guest
Just wondered what buffered Vit C is with bioflavanoids is ? It is a non-acidic version of Vitamin C. When you take large megadoses of C, you don't want all that acid in your system. You also don't want pills laying in your stomach waiting to be digested. I take powdered ester-C, which is a non-acidic form of C with bioflavanoids (important for capillaries and blood vessels), and it goes right into your system and is quickly assimilated. I used to take regular Vit.C powder/crystals but would get terrible diarrhea. That never happens when I take buffered C. Gloria
Guest guest
Just wondered what buffered Vit C is with bioflavanoids is ? Liz Leah I have major gum disease and won't get surgery. Put off the surgery, start taking 5,000 mg. of buffered vitamin C powder with bioflavanoids in some juice every single day. (You can divide it into a few doses per day).
