I should probably have renamed this thread, but Zeb you mentioned

that doctors don't cure anything. I was at a party last weekend and

a woman was telling me about the bad health of her husband. He'd had

his gallbladder removed and another organ too. I said it sounds as

though he's due for a good full-body cleansing- that it would help

clear out the junk so his body could heal. She mentioned it to her

husband in my presence and he said, well they said my gallbladder

was so gunked up it had stopped working (same with the other organ

that was removed). He said the doctor told him to stay on their

protocol for 6 months before doing anything different. I tried to

reassure him that cleansing and cleaning up his diet would not

affect the doctor's " protocol " . But, you know what? He was so

confused that he simply dismissed what I said, so all I could do was

to let it go. I hope it at least planted a seed in his wife's mind

and hopefully she'll ask about it again in 6 months - if he has any

organs left!!!

The same thing happened with another friend when the doctor told her

grown daughter to have her tonsils out because they were

infected!!! Am I totally off base on this, but isn't that what is

supposed to happen to the tonsils when there's an infection?

whether something was the correct thing that was wrong or right.

See if you hit the button on the head it would give you a way to

solve it. Notice the Doctor said it's probably it. Probably is not

good enough. Cod Liver oil is very good for the body. Extremely

good.

other than setting a bone? Exactly, they do not cure, they kill.

Whether its cancer, organs etc. The either kill it or cut it out.

That is not a " cure " . On the other hand I get to see cures everyday

and probably because of that have an assurance that seems otherwise

very hard to come by. Anyway....

liver oil every week their whole childhood. My SIL has very dark

gums. She asked the dentist once what would make her gums dark like

that and he told her that it's usually caused by having too much

iron as a child. She told him about the cod liver oil and he told

her that's probably what caused it then. My husband has had a

terrible time with his teeth and finally had them pulled and now has

dentures. He was 40 when they pulled the rest of them. I know this

doesn't have anything to do with black strap molasses, but the talk

about iron is what prompted my response. I'm just learning about

all the herbs. So I hope you don't mind my jumping in here.

have two sensitive teeth, where I thought my fillings might have

worn away a bit - or maybe I have new holes. And I just talked to

Doc recently, and he has similar tooth problems. We're both trying

to solve them with the Tooth and Gum Formula rather than have the

dentist fill them, but I'm wondering if the black strap molasses is

causing the problems. I'd like to know what Doc has to say about

this.

problems with it. I also recall drinking it (far more diluted) when

working outdoors at construction sites. The Boss would bring 5

gallon buckets of this stuff with orange wedges cut and put into

it. We had this for 2-3 years and no one ever had problems with

their teeth that I ever noticed, we had more energy throughout the

day though. So... if you cannot drink it easily as is try putting

the spoonful in hot water and mixing it up until diluted fully and

drink that way.

bugged by something I heard years ago. My mom used to tell me to be

very careful when taking black strap molasses and to make sure I

always brushed my teeth after consuming it, because the tremendous

amount of iron in it could rot your teeth or something. I don't

remember where she got that data -- possibly Adele Davis. Does

anyone know about this?
