Lisa, it would probably be OK for him to start taking cayenne,

wouldn't you think? You can buy either Doc's cayenne tincture,

caplets (I just found some at WalMart), or if you've got a hot

palate, you can use the regular powdered cooking cayenne. ;o) Check

out Doc Christopher's site for dosing instructions for the powder.
