Guest guest
for more than 10 years I have been using head and shoulders shampoo, but not because of dandruff. I never get flaking. If I use any other kind of shampoo that I've tried, my scalp gets itchy . Head & shoulders tends to keep the itch off, but I wish I could find a remedy to fix the problem. Any suggestions or anyone else had this problem? Ed If you want to earn alot of money with a $30 investment, go to this link. You'll be glad you did. Guest guest
I used to get lots of itching on my scalp. I used to use Head & Shoulders also, but found out that it contains very destructive chemicals, so stopped using it. I don't know how much money I've spent and wasted, trying to find another shampoo which would handle it - most commercial shampoos simply made it worse. My scalp seems very sensitive, and more I get away from chemicals, the more sensitive I become to them. Funny that. Anyhow, I have now found a wonderful 100% organic shampoo. I'm not totally sure though, as at around the same time, I also did a Total Body Cleanse. I no longer have an itchy head, but I cannot totally tell whether it was the shampoo, or the TBC, or a combination of both, that caused this! I don't really care, as it's gone now LOL. love Lisa - ednja herbal remedies Saturday, April 02, 2005 2:39 PM Herbal Remedies - itchy scalp for more than 10 years I have been using head andshoulders shampoo, but not because of dandruff. Guest guest
I remember reading some time ago that an itchy scalp has to do with an overloaded liver. ednja [ednja] Saturday, April 02, 2005 8:40 AMherbal remedies Subject: Herbal Remedies - itchy scalpfor more than 10 years I have been using head andshoulders shampoo, but not because of dandruff. Guest guest
I installed a shower filter for all the chloride, fluoride and so on. My itchy scalp was history, my hair and skin is way better. Chloride gets even worst with hot water. The shower filter and my juice maker were the best investment for a long time. I drink one glass of fresh carrots (H2O2) every day. My “Red Bull” after long day working… Carpe diem Mike Singeisen Lisa de Haas [lisa] April 2, 2005 6:07 PM To: herbal remedies Re: Herbal Remedies - itchy scalp I used to get lots of itching on my scalp. Guest guest
Thanks for your response. Could you email me the type of shampoo that you found that works. I'd like to give that a try and see how that goes. If it doesn't help, then I will look into the Liver cleanse on the group site. I am seeing a naturopath and have been taking some drops for liver cleanse, but maybe I need to try something different? I don't know. He told me in January from a physical examination that my liver is congested. A blood test aftwards confirmed problems with the liver funtion. I forgot to mention to him the itchy scalp. Guest guest
It's the shampoo from Terressentials.com. I first tried the Lavender, but still had some reaction to it - not sure what aspect as it is 100% organic, but there you go. Then tried the Exotic Spice, and that one works great. No problems at all! Definitely if you have problems with the liver function, I'd first go with the Total Body Cleanse! If it is the liver causing the itch, then changing shampoo will only be like a Band-Aid, it won't actually cure the problem!! Check out the TBC in the files on our website! love Lisa - ednja herbal remedies Sunday, April 03, 2005 5:58 PM Re: Herbal Remedies - itchy scalp Thanks for your response.
