If I understand correctly, eggshell contain Calcium Carbonate. I also

thought that it needed magnesium and vitamin D3 to be fully

assimilated.

 

Two questions:

1) how do we make sure we're getting enough magnesium and Vit. D3 in

our diet? And,

2) are there other kinds of calcium out bodies need for strong bones?
