Guest guest
Cheerful thoughts to all. I just wanted to put in my two bits and wish everyone a healthy and responsible spring. Responsibile...what does she mean...I know that many of us are looking forward to our annual " spring cleaning " i.e. dietery cleansing. I just would like to remind everyone to cleanse responsibily, and inform others about cleansing in a responsible way. Many people have lived their entire lives without ever performing a cleanse and, therefore do not know that there will be physical outcomes to deal with (such as acne, hives, rashes, achy joints, body aches, tremors, anxiety, fever, etc.) It is your duty to help educate people on what to expect during a cleanse and help get them thru the toxic period. Also, keep in mind, that proper cleansing includes formulas to help introduce natural vitamins and minerals (such as Total Nutrition) to ensure that the body is not depleted of vitamin and mineral stores. Spring is several weeks off for me, but I am looking forward to my cleansing none-the-less! Yours in health. Warm regards, Lori

Guest guest
Thank you Lori. A friend asked me to help her with a cleanse when I do mine. I've done others, but not one this long. Thanks for reminding me so I can prepare her better. herbal remedies , " Lori " <tootstl> wrote: > > > Cheerful thoughts to all.
