Guest guest
There is something my nutritionist prescribed for me and is part of what cured me of pnemonia in the same amount of time I would have recovered with antibiotics. I've been looking into Black Radish (The nutritionist prescribed Standard Process Brand " Spanish Black Radish " ). Standardprocess.com explains it on their site, but you have to get it through a practitioner or a retail store linked to one. There should similar alternatives, although I know that SP is high quality. You have to contact them to find an outlet in your area. Spanish Black Radish worked very well in reducing phlegm. The other two SP products that worked extremely well in combination are Antronex and Lact Enz (these are proprietary combinations of SP) - the descriptions on the SP site don't seem to relate the cold/flu/bronchitis, but until I became healthy enough to not get sick every cold season this combination was a life saver for me, literally. Take the combo several times a day and up the dosage depending on how bad your symptoms are. When I had to travel for business, this has kept from developing severe symptoms although I didn't really recover until I was home and could rest. Otherwise, gargle with organic apple cider vinegar several times per day, take hot baths, eat lots of garlic. Hope this help. Guest guest
A few months ago I (VERY quickly) got through a cold that was turning to pneumonia... I spent a couple days drinking garlic tea <garlic, lemon and raw honey> then a few more drinking ginger tea <ginger, cinnamon, oranges and raw honey> Breathe the steam deeply while you're waiting for it to cool enough to drink! Do this every 3 or 4 hours... Of course, I smelled like garlic for a while, but the tightness in my chest went away and my nose/sinuses unclogged! Good luck, feel better soon herbal remedies , natural game <mathmasta1111001> wrote: > > Peace to everyone, > > I recently have been under the weather with some cold symptoms.. coughing, sinus pressure, stuffy nose, etc... just an overall weak feeling this is the first time i've gotten sick in an entire year (~Feb. 22, 2004).. so this would be the first time that i'm choosing to deal with a cold without taking any drugs.!
