The one thing that i do is look at the fliers first to see what maybe on sale. for snackies i am learning to go to my health food store. My one daughter likes their version of Malt Balls and I LOVE their sesame brittle. and the couscous is a better deal there than at the reg store. I also stock up on my herbal teas when i run low.
