Guest guest
Hi All! My 2 year old granddaughter is constipated, and is straining terribly. Is there is anything that can help? I told my daughter to add more fiber, like raw veggies, fruit, and grain cereals.Thanking U in advance. Love & Peace Hmmnbyrd
Guest guest
Hi Hmmnbyrd! My daughter will be 2 in April. If she has that problem I give her apples with every meal til she loosens up……or a whole wheat bread or cereal. Also does she drink enough water do you think? I lucked out….Rachel’s favorite things to drink are water and crancerry juice (not the cocktail stuff) I know our god-son had a straining problem……..mostly because he wouldn’t drink water…….once they had it so it was all they offered he started drinking it and it helped a lot Best Wishes! Guest guest
I give it to my nine and 12 year old and also to my infants.... I guess it soothes it out...Because my babies would grunt so hard that they would literally cry.. If the case is bad I would use glycerin chips...they even have the liquid..and it's safe they use it in the NICU on new new borns and WOW do you get fast results...I believe it's all natural as well

Guest guest
It's funny how people's tastes are so different...I happen to love prune juice and prunes are a favorite snack of my kids, they call them the BIG raisins! Hope all is well.
