Tom, I certainly would not worry about this. My body temp has been around 96 for about thirty-five years and I am pretty healthy. Apparently raw organic foods are healthy for you. Do not stop eating healthy like that. Charles
Guest guest
The temperature range that you are talking about is within 'normal' limits; it is when it drops below 96F that there would be a problem, especially in winter. Providing that you are eating correctly AND able to take a reasonable amount of exercise, all will be well Marion (qualified retired nurse) ---- herbal remedies 02/05/05 02:16:19 herbal remedies Herbal Remedies - Re: Low body temp herbal remedies , "sillymetl" <sillymetl> wrote:> > > Hi everyone,> > I have had a low body temp for years now (96.6-97.6) it> used to be 98.6 I have been on a raw organic food diet for> 6 months now and everything has improved heart beat, blood pressure, > pulse rate, cholesterol, triglycerides,PH level, etc. except body > temp .Tom, I certainly would not worry about this. Guest guest
Charles, Thanks for the response. My concern was possibly low oxygen utilization which would lead to prostate cancer. I have and enlarged prostate psa going up each year and I am treating myself as if I had prostate cancer. Essiac,Paw Paw ,Beta glucan, Pau d arco, organic raw food diet and detoxing as much as possible. I remember Warburg's experiment causing cancer by reducing oxygen to cells. herbal remedies , " TUNA BELLA " <tunabella> wrote: > > > herbal remedies , " sillymetl " <sillymetl> wrote: > > > > > > Hi everyone, > > > > I have had a low body temp for years now (96.6-97.6) it > > used to be 98.6 I have been on a raw organic food diet for > > 6 months now and everything has improved heart beat, blood pressure, > > pulse rate, cholesterol, triglycerides,PH level, etc. except body > > temp . > Tom, I certainly would not worry about this.
