Low body temp

Hi everyone,

 

I have had a low body temp for years now (96.6-97.6) it

used to be 98.6 I have been on a raw organic food diet for

6 months now and everything has improved heart beat, blood pressure,

pulse rate, cholesterol, triglycerides,PH level, etc. except body

temp . Anyone have any ideas why and any suggestions for a

remedies ?

Tom, I certainly would not worry about this. My body temp has been around 96

for about

thirty-five years and I am pretty healthy. Apparently raw organic foods are

healthy for you. Do

not stop eating healthy like that.

The temperature range that you are talking about is within 'normal' limits; it is when it drops below 96F that there would be a problem, especially in winter.

 

Providing that you are eating correctly AND able to take a reasonable amount of exercise, all will be well

Charles,

 

Thanks for the response. My concern was possibly low oxygen

utilization which would lead to prostate cancer.

I have and enlarged prostate psa going up each year and I am

treating myself as if I had

prostate cancer. Essiac,Paw Paw ,Beta glucan, Pau d arco, organic

raw food diet and

detoxing as much as possible. I remember Warburg's experiment

causing cancer by reducing

oxygen to cells.

Thanks, I was concerned about the correct burning of oxygen

concept.
