Hello All,

 

When someone has a moment would someone please tell me the best herb for fevers and a stuffy nose.

Salicylic Acid from White Willow Bark

 

Olbas oil, which is a mixture of wintergreen, eucalyptus, menthol etc. ; this can be inhaled both from a handkerchief OR as a steam inhalation provided that you do not use steam if you suffer with asthma.

 

Tea Tree oil:

 

Garlic and onions:Garlic is easier to take raw if you crush it and mix it with honey. It also acts as an anti-viral in the respiratory tract.

 

Both the above blend of oils are anti-viral and aid in

 

Honey and lemon
