thank you for your information, I will re-think the

way I am eating.

I would diffinetly get rid of the margarine and sweets

and substitute

topping the toast with low fat rigotta cheese and

fresh berries.

There is no need here for margarine or mayonaise on a

sandwich if you

use

tomato. (I find tomatoes expensive unless they're

from your garden.)

Also

cheese only ups the fat calories. Try using mustard.

One sandwich

should be

plenty, but add fresh fruit and some raw vegetables

instead of the 2nd

sandwich.

A great snack could be fresh fruit, fresh raw

Desert

should be low in sugar and fat like fruit which has

fructose instead of

processed sugar.
