Guest guest
I am asking this question for an elderly lady who is taking arthritis medication and it seems to causing her kidney problems. She is wondering is there are any herbs or remedies she could try to help minimize the effect on her kidneys? Just between us , she won't consider giving up the medication and most likely wouldn't make any formulas. Just an idea of some herbs, food or other alternatives she could use would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou so much Glenda
Guest guest
Peace Glenda, I went to see an herbalist a few weeks back and she was able to tell that i had an overtoxified kidney as well as intestines, and while i'm in very good physical shape and i'm relatively young, my problem could have been a result from an ACL knee surgery that i had back in 2003. She recommended for me to take a detox tea and the herbs that focused primarily on the kidney were Juniper and Cornsilk. I also include Milk Thistle, Yellowdock, and Burdock in the tea to help detox my blood and liver. I would HIGHLY recommend to search for an alternative health practitioner in your area and have this woman set up an appointment. Hope that helps, Natural Game Glenda <gsm wrote: I am asking this question for an elderly lady who is taking arthritis medication and it seems to causing her kidney problems. Guest guest
Thankyou so much. I will mention this to her family. I don't live anywhere near them but the area she lives in should have an alternative health practitioner. Thankyou for your advice on the herbs and detox tea . How complicated and amazing our bodies are when a knee injury can cause kidney problems some time later . Take care Glenda - natural game herbal remedies Wednesday, February 02, 2005 11:07 AM Re: Herbal Remedies - A Kidney Question Peace Glenda, I went to see an herbalist a few weeks back and she was able to tell that i had an overtoxified kidney as well as intestines, and while i'm in very good physical shape and i'm relatively young, my problem could have been a result from an ACL knee surgery that i had back in 2003.
