I know this has been discussed many times, and if I do a search on Total Nutrition I'll get a gazillion messages, but I'm going to order some already made up from Doc and I'm wondering how you all take it. In juice? How much?

It doesn't come in juice form; it comes in a powder. I was asking what liquid people took the powder in.

TN is a powder, and you can take it by dissolving it in a juice - but it is not a juice in itself!

Sharyn,

I didnt even notice you orginal question.

I find that I like mine best in plain apple or sometimes pear (also

usually the lowest in " sugars " )

Adding bananas and other stuff sometimes makes the drink that much

thicker and i already have a hard time with the consitancy.

Sylvia,

As far as you know is there a " food combining " problem if the TN is

added to a fruits smoother? (banana, strawberries, almond milk) I

don't mind it thick and I also add some coconut oil to this

mixture. I also take greens powder once a day and I mix that with

apple juice. I've read that it's a good idea to spread out your

nutritional supplements throughout the day rather than take too much

at one time. I usually take my other supplments with this cocktail.

As long as you are using fresh (ORGANIC) fruits, there is no problem.

I add coconut oil to mine too (good for the thyroid and weight loss)

I also take extra supplements and i try to space them through the

day. I even encapsulate some of TN so that i can take it with me in

case i get hungry when i am out, or for those emergencies when i

need to get something in my belly and i am too lazy to make a shake.

I just find i like the taste of the shake best when i mix it with

straight apple juice though and i know alot of other people feel the

same way.

If you dont have any issuew with that, i say mix and blend to your

hearts content :)
