Question about teeth

Hi all!

My son needs to go to the dentist. He hasn’t been there in a long

time, and he knows he has some cavities. When Doc gave me my consultation, he

told me that cavities indicated some kind of deficiency, and he sent me his

tooth and gum formula. I was wondering if cleaning out and going on a perfect

diet and taking that formula would ever actually repair cavities or even

chipped teeth – and how long this would take. If this is possible,

should I not have him get his cavities filled?

Thanks,

Carole

Hi Carol,

Teeth are actually formed BELOW the gum line. It may take several

years for a single permanent tooth to form. That is why the human

tooth cycle is what it is ;) So, as far as I have been able to

research, once a full-blown cavity is present in a fully exposed

tooth, then it is not reversible. I say " full-blown " because I,

personally, have had pre-cavity states on my teeth and with a minimal

of sanding and strict brushing with an herbal toothpaste, I have been

able to prevent cavities on those teeth. WARNING: FLOURIDE is

poison and if you are still using flouridated toothpaste, please

stop! Also, drink ONLY PURE WATER, not flouridated water. There is

startling evidence that not only does flouride NOT PREVENT CAVITIES,

BUT IT ACTUALLY CAUSES BONE LOSS! The flouride that is used in the US

is actually toxic waste left over from several mining industries. If

you have the time to investigate this issue, I can guarantee you that

you will be apppalled at what you will find! I don't want to violate

the groups rules and post links , but I know you are all intelligent

enough to do your own research ;) If your son must have fillings,

INSIST ON NON-METALLIC FILLINGS. Do not believe what they tell you

at the dentist office about the safety of the " NEW " amalgam

fillings...they are not safe. Please avoid any filling that is

not " metal free " . There are several websites available out there

with info. Good luck! Warm regards, Lori

Thanks, Lori.

Believe me, I’ve known all about flouride and amalgams for many

years. We avoid both like the plague! Well, I guess my son will

have to get his cavities filled, but at least we now know what to do to prevent

further decay.

I second your info on flouride! How disgusting is that?

Question: Do you think there is anything can be done for bone loss

below the gum line?

Is there anything wrong with the kind of resin ones they use –

besides the fact that they don’t last as long? Porcelain ones are

so expensive.

WAIT!!!

DON'T DO IT!!

Teeth can indeed regenerate just like any other part of the body. A

cavity up to 2-3 mm deep can heal itself, IF you keep it clean, have

sufficient saliva, use the Tooth and Gum oil, and proper nutrition.

Cut out refined sugar and other processed foods and do the Lemon Egg

in the file or something else to supplement calcium and magnesium.

Extra Vit C and CoQ10 are also helpful in restoring tooth and gum

health.

No part of our body can be irreparably damaged... There is always a

way to aid our own restoration powers.

A toothbrush dipped into coarse kosher salt with a drop of Tea Tree oil works quite well, for brushing teeth. You could use baking soda instead of the salt if you choose. After brushing your teeth will look and feel nicely polished. The Tea Tree oil is good for killing bacteria.

Wow, thanks, Rachele!! I was hoping someone would jump

in and say that!! This is fantastic news! Imagine – no more

trips to the dentist! I have a slightly chipped tooth. Maybe it can

repair itself now that I’m on a good diet. I think Panther Piss

also helps, as it works with or balances the calcium.

Thanks!

I use toothpastes by Jason

or Kiss My Face. They’re the only ones I’ve found with

nothing bad in them. But Jason’s

are tricky, because some have flouride and some don’t, so make sure you

get the ones without.

Yeah, I'd read somewhere before that cavities can and will heal themselves over time.... it's just like if something happens to your bones. Your body can and will heal it.

Herbal Remedies - Re: Question about teeth

WAIT!!!DON'T DO IT!!Teeth can indeed regenerate just like any other part of the body. A cavity up to 2-3 mm deep can heal itself, IF you keep it clean, have sufficient saliva, use the Tooth and Gum oil, and proper nutrition. Cut out refined sugar and other processed foods and do the Lemon Egg in the file or something else to supplement calcium and magnesium. Extra Vit C and CoQ10 are also helpful in restoring tooth and gum health. No part of our body can be irreparably damaged... There is always a way to aid our own restoration powers. Some links I like:http://www.midentistry.org/grid.html (this one says cavities are a bacterial infection; get rid of the infection and the cavity goes away)http://www.industryinet.com/~ruby/teethheal.htmlhttp://www.1sthealthsource.com/articles/teeth/teeth.html (a great resource on proper holistic, herbal toooth and gum care)Good luck to you and your son,Racheleherbal remedies , "Carole Eddington" <caroleeddington@a...> wrote:> Thanks, Lori. layer of a tooth it almost always is not repairable by diet...I did

mention that certain types of pre-cavity occurances CAN be repaired.

You must be dilligent in your oral hygeine in order to reverse the

situation.

As far as other bone replacement issues, definately " yes " it can be

done. You must ingest a completely organic and digestible form of a

compound of calcium, magnesium and vitamin D. Don't waste your money

on the " pill " forms of calcium supplements. There are many studies

to prove that the body only absorbs a minute amount of the minerals

and you " eliminate " the rest! Don't give up hope...

The Lemon Egg recipe in Doc's files is absolutely BRILLIANT! It

tells you how to make your own ORGANIC mineral supplement that your

body can actually absorb! I must also add that adequate sun exposure

is required for your body to synthesize vitamin D. Just use common

sense and limit your exposure to safe amounts. NEVER, I REPEAT

NEVER, use tanning beds. They are not safe, PERIOD!

You MUST also get exercise that puts stress on the bones in order to

rebuild bone mass. Exercises of this type would be running, jumping

rope, trampoline. This is IMPERATIVE to either re-build or maintain

bone mass.

You might ask...what does running, et. al have to do with my

jaw...Any physical impact form of exercise will trigger the " deposit "

que in the brain. The human body is such a dynamic composite that,

when physical stress is induced, then the regenerative response is

immediately triggered!

Since the human body is such a wonderful, regenerative vessel, it

will automatically deposit bone mass where needed...since most

degenerative bone loss happens to be an " INTERIOR " form of dis-ease,

affecting the intermuscular-skeletal system, then the body will FIRST

replace interior bone structure. This is why a cavity to an already

formed, exterior tooth will take second place to the jaw bone, or the

hip, or the spine. If your interior bone structure is PERFECT, then

I would ASSUME that an enamel-breaking cavity would be naturally

repairable. Godd luck and Warm regards, Lori

WIDE grins!

Thank you so much for that midentistry link. Recently I've had a

number of reasons to have my nose buried in my boericke's or kent's

materia medicae. I kept running into "caries" as similiar for several

different remedys. Every time I saw it I thought, "what the he** is

that??? caries - caries? carrys what?" and then I would just stick it

in my head on that ongoing to-do list. Matter of fact - just yesterday

I ran into "caries" as I was reading. and I thought "i should really

look that up right now ..."caries???" then the hubby arrived home from

work with friends to watch the basketball game ...:) so I just wanted

to say THANKS~~~ your information just made about 9 light bulbs go off

in my head. because I had no clue as to what carries was. Now I do!

I also heard that " fluoride " poisoning bears a remarkable resemblance to

arthritis symptoms.

And we wonder why close to 30% of people have arthritis " problems " .

Hi People

I don't think any sort of herb or indeed anything can help me (except a

visit to the dentist, which I can assure you, is not going to happen).

I am pushing 62 with RA, severe Osteoporosis and Heart disease (a 5 way

bypass some 8 years ago (I was a week away from dying)).

Anyway, to the point in question, all my fillings have dropped out, some I

have crunched on in my food and some I have inadvertantly swallowed (very

bad!). I am taking Mophine for pain, Methotrexate (bad!) for RA (anti-

inflammatory) and Steroids (bad!), but, I have been on these medications for

years, and at least they have kept my RA at reasonable levels and yes, I

know that they are a pretty lethal cocktail. But at my age etc, I really do

not have any alternative, especially with the steroids, it is possibly

impossible to get me weaned off them.

Anyway, all my back teeth have very large holes in them. I regularly scrape

and clean them, but the holes were put there by a dentist a long time ago.

Any ideas anybody?

Kind regards

Jeff

Thank you for the expanation, Lori. Thank makes sense. It would be

nice if more people would explain the term " eat right and exercise "

more fully. I'm doing the lemon egg, so I need to make sure I follow

through on all the rest.

BTW, is there a dosage for the lemon egg? I'm using 3T a day.

Jeff,

I have no practical advice for you, but there are others here who

have and more that will chime in I'm sure. I do want to propose

another idea however. " Pushing 62 " is NOT old and it is never too

late to regain health. It takes a bit of grit to decide that enough

is enough and it takes patience to take one step at a time and reap

one small benefit at a time. I KNOW it can be done. You don't have

to stop your meds cold turkey as that would be foolish. But, taking

other steps to improve your health to make you stronger will

eventually give you options ... options that you don't sound as

though you believe are available to you. Your body responds to what

is in your mind (this is very true) and it will respond to what you

do with it as a consequence. Give your body what it needs and trust

in its ability to do what it was " designed " to do. You won't regret

it. Seek help if you are unsure how to start. Otherwise, today is

the healthiest you will ever be. This is fate that you don't have

to resign yourself to.

Warm Regards,

Karen
