Guest guest
I have a friend who was hit by a car. She is recovering, but still has neurological problems and I'd like to make the brain formula for her. I'm not familiar with Rosemary flowers and herbalcom.com doesn't carry it - I can find the whole leaf or the powder. Does anyone know a source? Also, what kind of cayenne? I can find: Cayenne crushed, 40 m hu Cayenne powder, 130m hu Cayenne powder, 40m hu Cayenne powder, 90m hu I don't know what the " hu " stands for. Can anyone tell me? Thanks, Karen

Guest guest
I don't know about the roemary flowers either, i have not heard them. The hu from what i've always been told is the " heat unit " on the Scovil Scale. The higher the number the hotter the pepper the better the circulation.
