I have been reading alot about cayenne being good for hardening of

the arteries and asthma. I have mostly seen to have it in warm water.

Could it be as beneficial if I used the amounts suggested in food,

instead of water? I tried it and it was not too good:( I do like

spicey food though. Thanks for any input.

Normally when you use an herb with food, it shouldnt be a problem.

Cayanne is a great spice to cook with and the use of it with food

shouldnt effect it at all.
