Guest guest
Predisone is terrible stuff and should be avoided. I haven't found anything herbal that works for me yet. Still looking though. The only thing that has worked for me is ADVAIR. It's an inhaler that has some steroid but targets just the airway and doesn't subject the whole body. ---- Vikki 01/26/05 05:39:10 herbal remedies Herbal Remedies - Is there any alternitive? Guest guest
I found that cleaning up my diet- no sugar, no dairy, no meat, no processed garbage has allowed my allegies and asthma to clear up. I live in one of the asthma capitals of the US and it doesnt bother me at all! Guest guest
Hi Vikki, You asked if there were any alternatives to prednisone for Asthma. This is from another list that share remedies. chemtrails2 , Walt <kortron@s...> wrote:> Hi Folks: A lot of us here are having bad breathing episodes due to he> Chemtrails. On another list a person posed a site called> www.doctoryourself.com I hit the url and low and behold remedies are list> on the left column. My earlier posts I could not breathe. So I read the> Asthma thingy in the left column. It said asthma is caused by a vitamin "C"> deficiency. So I take 2000mgs of C and I'm now breathing fine??? Jenny (a newbie) PS I used to get asthma and it wasn't until I read Walt's amazing discovery that I realised why I don't get it anymore. I"ve been taking 1 tsp of calcium ascorbate powder every couple of days with water or juice for years now. And there I was thinking I had grown out of it! It was simply a vitamin C defficiency.
