There is alot of talk about Cinnamon, but i dont know just how much

research has been done on this or how effective it is.

There is a lot more research though on Nopal Leaf, Gymnema Sylvestre

and medicinal mushrooms (also bitter melon) all are said to have

positive effects on managing blood sugar or insulin. I am

collecting some of these myself right now to build into a formula to

manage my blood sugar (when my diet is BAD) but the key to reversing

and managing is really a good diet, beginning with a cleanse and at

least 1/2 of exercise per day (walking).

I suggest reading some of Docs articles and if you have not already

done so, get the tape. Some people may not think this is for them

because they dont specifically hear thier own ailment, but really,

this tape and the core fundamentals that Doc talks about are the key.

I know being good about diet and getting that 1/2 hour of exercise

in per days is tough because i dont do it all the time myself (and

this is the reason i supplement) But if you can be commited to it,

this is the way to go.

By following the high fibre diet.

Adding olive oil into your meal helps also to regulate it; by adding fat you are reducing the time of carbohydrate absorption by the body

For instance:

use olive oil on bread instead of butter or margarine

take some with a banana

Chromium Picolate helps to regulate blood sugar.

Enzyme and amino acids support is also important.
