Guest guest
I have a problem. After making the recipe of 'Totally Raw Hummus', using this Recipe: 2 c chickpeas, soaked 24 hrs and sprouted 72 hrs (I used a can as well) 4 c garlic chopped (the recipe should have said 2 cups) 1/2 c raw tahini (or to taste) (used about 3/4 cup 2 tbsp sea salt 2 lemons, juiced (I used 3) 1 c freshh aprlsey or more to taste (not ground) red onion for garnish After preparing all that and getting garlic fingers the taste of the hummus is too garlicyyyy -- in other words it is not too palatable. What can I do to tone it down? Linda

Guest guest
Linda, Make up the recipe, but don't add the garlic until last. Add a little bit at a time as you taste until you get the flavor you want. You can always add, but you can't take away.
