Hello Bill,

 

I would suggest contacting Doc for his free lecture tape. This will give you LOTS of information on correct nutrition. Once you've done that, you can take Doc up on his free first consult who can then help you establish a plan for you.

Herbal Remedies - please help!

i need info. on herbals that cure/treat diabetes that really work.also diet plans that reverse diabetes if anyone can provide me with this info.thanks

i would get docs tape and talk with him but for now..i dont know what your diet is like but my mother has diabetes and we are looking and learning what she can do and she started changing her diet and eating fruits and veges and she has been juiceing...she also stopped her medications (im not saying that you do that) and little by little she is feeling alot better...she had started to get the blury vision and seeing double but it has been getting better and she is experiencing it less and less....hope this was helpful best wishes and good luckbill <horus6944 wrote:

thank you for your reply,I have been considering ways to change my

diet including a high protein-low carbo diet but i have concerns

about the protein because one of my doctors said that too much

protein was bad for the kidneys? so what i wanna find out is how much

protein can a person eat before it starts hurting their kidneys?does

anyone know?

Rough guidlines for protein is 1 g per 1 kg of

weight.

IF you drink plenty of water during the

day you can eat all the protein you want without harm.

I have Lorraine Day's videos ,i dont know if any of you heard about her but in them she says how alot of protien can cause diseases..not just cause problems in your kidney so as long as someone were too drink alot of water if thier diet was high in protien this should not have a harmful effect with all the water??Wendy Landes <WendyL wrote:
