Peace to everyone,

i recently got me a vegetable/fruit juicer and i'm interested to know what kinds of things i can do with the various pulp, both fruit as wel as vegetable, that i derive after juicing?? i know there's plenty of things i can do, and it just seems too valuable to me to just throw away..

i wanna try to make some muffins or some kind of cake.. does anyone have any recipes for such.?? i heard someone mention about vegetable soup you can make with the pulp..>>

any recipes for that..???>> once i'm finished with my Lemon-aid fast, i'm lookin' forward to tryin' these things out... i have to eat the pulp in some way, but i want to explore the options i have..

much appreciated

Peace
