Guest guest
Peace, I never actually described the full diet, and i promised that i would, so thanks for reminding me. Well first off, i would recommend finding the book by Stanley Burroughs called The Master Cleanser. Because there's a lot of stipulations to the diet, such as if you're a diabetic, then your diet will be slightly different from a non-diabetic. And i was informed from Rob Combis that it would be a wise idea to begin with some type of intestinal cleanse before attempting this. Now the fast is 10 days minimum. You begin at night with a laxative herbal tea. And you start off the very next morning with another cup of the laxative herbal tea. You then make a lemon-aid drink which consists of 62 ounces of distilled water, 6 lemons/limes (juiced and include the pulp), 6-8 tablespoons of pure 100% maple syrup (Grade B preferred, but Grade A will work also), and some cayenne pepper to taste. This is going to be your "meal" for the next 10 days. You can drink anywhere between 6-12 ten ounce cups of the lemon-aid throughout the day, up until the night when you have your laxative herbal tea. You cannot consume any other type of food throughout the fast. There are a couple of substitutions that you can do. Depending on your current health condition, you can opt to do a salt water flush in the morning as opposed to the laxative tea. And the salt water flush will include 32 ounces of distilled water, and 2 teaspoons of sea salt. If you do this salt water flush, i'll give you the warning now to make sure you are by a bathroom, because you will certainly be doing plenty of flushing!! You can also substitute one of your cups of lemon-aid with some fresh cane juice as well. The formula for this is simply 10 ounces of the cane juice (freshly made), 1 juiced lemon/lime (w/ pulp), and a little cayenne pepper for taste. (That drink is SUPERB!!) You can also help yourself with some peppermint tea to assist the diet also. This can neutralize any odors that you may give off as a result of the diet, and it's also very tasty. This diet should be followed for 10 days, and on the 11th day, you're gonna drink nothing but freshly squeezed orange juice all day. This is to prepare your body for beginning to handle solid food again. On the 12th day, you're gonna have freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning and during noon time up until the evening. That evening you can have a vegetable soup, and it must consist of a green vegetable, okra, and a legume. The 13th day will be identical to the 12th day. And on the 14th day you resume back to eating normally. Again, i would recommend being checked out by an herbalist, or a nutritionist before attempting a diet like this and make sure you try to get the book, because this is very detail oriented and takes a lot of planning. A slight mistake can cause harm to you, or won't give you the optimal results that you're destined to have if this is done correctly.
