Guest guest
Hi, This is AMber. Thank You Jasmina for the info on the cleanse. I have some questions regarding what I have read thus far... ************************* Okay: It say for the start of the FULL body cleanse To drink Fresh RAW veggie juice. I DO NOT have a juicer to make the juices from the organic veggies. My grocery store does NOT sell a whole lot of organic foods, and juices. CAN I FIND A ORGANIC BOTTLED VEGGIE JUICE For the beginning of my Body cleanse. It says After the 3 days I can do the fresh Organic juice blends afterward, again I DO NOT have a Juicer. It did say I can get bottled juice UnSWEETENED, No Preservatives, chemicals, or additives!! Can I do Bottled V8 Diluted?? OR bottled Organic Apple Juice? HOW about POMAGRANATE Juice??? My grocery store has that. See, My husband Travels A LOT, and He will by me a juicer at some point ( If it is needed). but I really wanna get my cleanse underway. WE Do NOT have alot of money to spend on Organic foods. THey are hard to find around here. My husband won't change his eating habits, but he could buy me some organic stuff, but there is one grocery store in my town here has a full section of organic things - books, fruits, breads, veggies, make up products, juices. There organic stuff is VERY VERY VERY expensive. Even if we cut the snacks and stuff out we would still be paying an arm and a leg for organic stuff. WE do not keep ice cream, chips, puddings, cakes, or anything like that in house, but we do have oatmeal bars, fruit snacks, whole grain cereals, we do eat okay but not good from the reading on this group - and Organic food are just too expensive, and I do not work to buy the stuff myself - my husbadn won't deny me of some things, but he will not do our whole household shopping on organic. SO Can someone Please answer my Questions PLEASE. Thank You, Amber
Guest guest
Hi Amber, First off, dont stress! Stress is super bad and not good for anyone. The rule of thumb is fresh and organic first. If you do not have access to organic, try local growers who often have natural grown foods but are maybe not certified organic. Farmers markets are a good source for natural foods and the prices are usually quite fair. If you absoltuely cannot get a juicer right now and dont have access to FRESH organic juice, Santa Cruz and Knudsons both offer really good unfiltered Organic Juices in bottles. This should be your last line of defense when fresh is not available. I do use them on occasion, especially for Prune juice. You should be able to hand juice orange and other citrus stuff with one of those old fashioned hand deals (i do mine that way) In reagrds to snacks, I posted some dehydrated cookie and cracker recipes ahwile back as well as nut cheese, there are lots of other posts for recipes too. The more foods you make fresh and from scratch, the less expensive this becomes, not to mention, you might just win your husband and other family members over to healthy eating with all the yummy stuff you can make. My grandsons used to think Organic meant yucky, they now know that organic just means the way that God the creator made it ) I dont have a ton of money either, but i insist on organic foods as much as possible when i shop because it is important to me and my family's health. Perhaps if you think about it this way, if you splurge on this you can potentially eliminate health problems and trips to the medico and all related costs. Guest guest
Dear Amber, Try to organize yourself, and do step by step if you can't do everything at once. First step would be to order Doc's Free Lecutre and have first Free Consultation. And than prepare yourself for gradually diet change. Start eating more fresh fruit and salads and less processed food. If you eat salad you have time to prepare, to eat, you don't have time for many snacks. For snack make a habit to take an apple, banana or other fruit. An of course the second step would be Total Nutrition. It will give you everything you need, energy, minerals, vitamins. One bag can last one month, and if you think about cost you can't get 30 breakfast for that amount of money. It will give you space to get of your sugar and white flour food. Guest guest
Hi Amber, I feel for you!! It is really, really difficult to do the cleanse without a juicer - can I suggest getting a used one from ebay or something? Do you have any friends who are also interested in doing the cleanse, who could pool money with you to get one? This is just really important to have. Bottled juices do NOT work because most of the time they are pasturized and have added chemicals, preservatives, sugars, etc. Also they are not fresh so do not have enzymes. And most bottled juices are not organic. Email me I will try to help you out. Where do you live? Regards, Lane~*`~Amber Schwarz~*`~ <dolphinsong27 wrote: Hi,This is AMber. Guest guest
Another thing you could try is to search sites like buy.com, overstock.com, and amazon.com. These sites sell a lot of different things, at discounted prices. I’ve purchased items from all three sites and have never had any complaints. The items I’ve purchased were all top quality, the service was quick, and the shipping charges were very low to free. I know that each of these sites has a “kitchen” area where they sell all kinds of things. You may want to try searching one of them. I hope that this email doesn’t step on any of the list rules. I’m just trying to help someone find a juicer at a reasonable price. If I should post stuff like this, please me know. Thanks. Namaste' Benita Lane Eddington Hi Amber, I feel for you!! Guest guest
hi all, i have bought my juicer at target for $60. 2 years later it is still working fine. it is not to finest equipment you could buy, but it is working for me. i would say that a juicer is not just for cleansing, i use it every day and has become a lifestyle. it is good for you and you can make some great drinks, smoothies, and i use the pulp to make soup, drain it and add soem things, and *voila* great tasting veggie soup. i just get fruits and veggies from the locale store, and when it is possible, i get organic. i just buy what i can afford and go with that. better this way, that not at all. i slowly started to change my eating habbits, just take it a little bit at the time, and i think your body needs to get used to these changes as well. in time you will see changes........ i stopped using dairy products and eat less(almost none) meat products, the weight was just falling off me........ and i really didn't try to lose weight (O: i look better than 15 years ago!!!!!!!!!!!! ofcourse i do exercise to stay in shape, and with the right foods, life is getting better every day! all you have to do is do it. keep reading these folks posts and advice, you will learn a lot! best of luck, rik herbal remedies , " LadyCraft " <ba.taylo@w...> wrote: > Another thing you could try is to search sites like buy.com, > overstock.com, and amazon.com.
